All Sales are Final!

We’re confident that you’ll love your SilverBoxe purchase; however, if you have any problems, questions or concerns with your order please contact us. Manufacturing defects within seven (7) days of the date of delivery and we’ll be happy to arrange an exchange.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept certain items for exchange.

These include:

  • Items which are no longer in new condition.
  • Items which lack their original packaging, including gift boxes.
  • Items which have been customized or altered to meet customer specifications, like resizing or engraving.
  • Items which have been in the customer’s possession for more than seven (7) days from the date the item was delivered.

All sales are final we can not resell due to health reasons.

Please note that items that have been worn are not eligible to be exchanged.

Please use the USPS (United States Postal Service) to send your package back to us. Please also write ‘exchange’ on the outside of your packaging.
